ECG measurement and ECG interpretation

ECG – analysis’s performed by software can support the emergency physicians and emergency medical technicians in emergency operations.

As an option, the corpuls³has an ECG measuring and interpretation program, the Hanover ECG System HES^® (Firma BIOSIGNA GmbH, München).

The algorithm HES® was originally developed in 1968 in co-operation with internationally known cardiologists. Since then, the software has been continuously advanced. A large number of leading medical equipment manufacturers integrate this algorithm in their medical products.

Based on a12-channel ECG HES^®performs comprehensive ECG measurement and ECG interpretation. The results are printed out clearly in tables. Moreover, the corpuls³makes therapy recommendations based on these detailed results.

The user or rescue service is therefore provided practical aid in making early practical application decisions regarding the target hospital for the patients as well as receiving aid regarding the emergency measures to be performed immediately.
